Gift, also known as Pack or Bundle, ground vehicles are vehicles in the game that are unable to be purchased straight from the game's interface, requiring either it be purchased from the Gaijin Store, given out during events or in promotions.

The vehicles considered gift and their obtainable methods are:

Soviet Union

  • BM-13N — It was introduced during Update 1.67 "Assault" as part of a Victory Day Event known as "KATYUSHA" during the span of May 06 - 10. The vehicle is unlocked during the event by destroying five vehicles using the BM-8-24.
  • BT-7 (F-32) — Obtainable as a reward in the Summer 2019 Operation H.E.A.T.
  • IS-2 "Revenge" — It was introduced in Update 1.49 "Weapons of Victory" as a purchasable pack. It was discontinued after the 2018 Victory Day sales. Later available in the game for 7,480 GE.
  • IS-6 — Part of the IS-6 Bundle available in Gaijin store.
  • IS-7 — Introduced with the OPERATION S.U.M.M.E.R 2018 Event, was the second prize vehicle obtainable in the event and was obtained by assembling components.
  • KV-1E
  • KV-2 (1940) — It was introduced in during the Closed Beta Test for Ground Forces before Update 1.41. And Later made available during the 2016 WW2 Chronicles, unlocked after completing 14 "Tank Tasks", and during the 2017-18 Festive Quest, unlocked after gathering 10 individual Christmas Toys if the total player population gathers 500,000 Christmas lights.
  • KV-2 (ZiS-6) — The KV-2(ZIS-6) was introduced in Update 1.59 "Flaming Arrows" as a gift vehicle and was available on the Gaijin store. Now discontinued.
  • KV-220 — It was introduced during Update 1.61 "Road to Glory" in the "Operation S.U.M.M.E.R." event of 2016.
  • M3 Medium (USSR) — Given out as one of two obtainable awards for 2016 Tankers Day. Later became part of the Battle Trophy II (Vehicle) item in the Warbonds Shop.
  • MK-II «Matilda» (USSR) — Originally a Chronicles of WW2 Event vehicle.
  • Object 120 — It was introduced late in Update 1.71 "New E.R.A", and available in the Gaijin Store.
  • Object 279 — It was introduced in Update 1.97 "Viking Fury" during the 2020 Space Race crafting event.
  • RBT-5 — Introduced during the 2015 Thunder League as a reward for supporting the winning Team or as a prize while watching the Twitch steams.
  • SU-76M (5th Gv.Kav.Corps) — Given out as one of two obtainable awards for 2016 Tankers Day. Later became part of the Battle Trophy I (Vehicle) item in the Warbonds Shop.
  • SU-85A — Introduced in Update 1.85 "Supersonic" as a reward during the 2018 Festive Quest for obtaining 5 Christmas toys for tankers.
  • T-26E
  • T-34 (1st Gv.T.Br.) — Originally sold as part of a bundle on Gaijin store called the "Guards Pack".
  • T-34 (Prototype) — Introduced as a starter pack during the closed beta test of Ground Forces, available for 49$/€ as a standalone and 99$/€ for both this vehicle and the M4 748(a). This starter pack was removed on 30 June 2014 after the release of Update 1.41. The tank was made available almost five years later as part of War Thunder 5th anniversary during the store discount period, with 500 up for sale alongside the M4 748(a) for $59.99. Reportedly these were sold out within 12 hours.
  • T-34-85E — It was introduced in Update 1.49 "Weapons of Victory" as a purchasable pack. It was discontinued after the 2018 Victory Day sales.
  • T-34E — Originally part of a bundle available on Gaijin Store before being discontinued. Later became available as part of an assembly task for OPERATION S.U.M.M.E.R 2018.
  • T-55AM-1 — Vehicle introduced in Update 1.81 "The Valkyries" and available in the Gaijin Store.
  • T-V (USSR) —  It was available as a prize during the 2016 "Thunder League" eSports tournament, first as a giveaway prize for watching the Twitch stream, but then every Dog-Tag owner for the tournament earned one when the tournament prize pool reached its $50,000 goal.
  • Type 62 (USSR) — It was introduced during the 2016 "War Thunder Chronicle" that took place from 23 December 2016 to 16 January 2017. It was obtained via completing 10 tasks as part of the event and is no longer obtainable. The Type 62 was later released as a regular vehicle of the Chinese ground forces in Update 1.91 "Night Vision".
  • Type 65 (USSR) — It was introduced during the 2017 Operation SUMMER that took place between 28 July 2017 and 28 August 2017. It was obtained with 13 tanker marks of distinction. The Type 65 was later released as a regular vehicle of the Chinese ground forces in Update 1.91 "Night Vision".
