When inserting the thickness of horizontal plates (roof, hull bottom, engine deck), the reference for the angle is the horizontal plane. A 5 mm thick plate with an angle from the vertical plane of 85° becomes a 5 mm thick plate with a 5° angle to the horizontal plane (since 90 - 85 = 5). Shaping the angle info this way is better suited for aircraft players performing diving strafing attacks. A front glacis of 50 mm angled at 50° becomes a 50 mm thick plate angled at 40°.

Missing values in WSP Table Templates

  • Fill in the whole table (or the whole section) when adding values, do not add 1 or 2 figures and leave the rest of the table empty.
  • Use the underscore/underdash: ___ for missing values in tables.
  • Do not use question marks or blanks because they can't be indexed in the search engine.

Survivability and armour - Ground vehicles

Several angles

If the armour is angled differently in a particular section, the angle bracket is mentioned. Example: if there is a section at 17° and some other section at 35°, the angle mentioned will be (17-35°). For close angle values, the most severe angle is chosen: (12-13°) then becomes (13°).

Roof

When inserting the thickness of horizontal plates (roof, hull bottom, engine deck), the reference for the angle is the horizontal plane. A 5 mm thick plate with an angle from the vertical plane of 85° becomes a 5 mm thick plate with a 5° angle to the horizontal plane (since 90 - 85 = 5). Shaping the angle info this way is better suited for aircraft players performing diving strafing attacks. A front glacis of 50 mm angled at 50° becomes a 50 mm thick plate angled at 40°.

Missing angle

A missing angle means 0°. There is no need to add (0°) after each value where an angle is missing. The same applies to roof values where the angle to the horizontal plane is 0°.

Overview of all torpedo-carrying vehicles

For the naval players, an overview of all vehicles (planes and ships) equipped with torpedoes would be a plus.

Aircraft

Planes carrying torpedoes are listed in Category:Torpedo bombers. Some planes can carry torpedoes but are not classified as torpedo bombers:

USA
USSR
Italy
France

Ships

There is no overview of all boats and ships equipped with torpedoes. A template exists (Torpedoes) but does not offer the desired overview.
