14,5 cm psrak m/49A
Contents
Description
The 14,5 cm psrak m/49 is a Swedish aerial anti tank rocket introduced in Update 1.93 "Shark Attack" as a loadout option for the J29D. The name 14,5 cm psrak m/49 is actually an abbreviation for its full name 14,5 cm pansarsprängraket m/49 (145 mm HEAT-rocket m/49).
The 14,5 cm psrak m/49 was the basic Swedish anti tank rocket during the 1950's and 1960's until being replaced with the 145 mm psrak m/49/56 in the 1970's. It was never used in combat but its direct brother, the 15 cm srak m/51 saw use during the Congo crisis during the early 1960's when it was used to great effect by A29B's when performing attack-missions.
In game it can be found on the vast majority of Swedish attackers and bombers below tier 3. While not the easiest to aim, it does great damage when hitting armored vehicles.
