Description

The ▄Ju 87 D-3 is a rank II Italian dive bomber with a battle rating of 2.3 (AB/SB) and 2.0 (RB). It was introduced in Update 1.85 "Supersonic".

Survivability and armour

The Ju 87 D-3 is quite well-armoured. There is 4 mm steel underneath the engine, 4 mm steel surrounding the crew, and 4 mm steel on the gunner's turret and in front of him. There is 8 mm steel behind the pilot, and an 8 mm steel headrest for the pilot as well. Finally, there is 50 mm bulletproof glass in front of the pilot. There are 4 self-sealing fuel tanks, with 2 in each wing.
