Cataloging Cannon Families (For Merging Or Family Paging)

I May Be Missing A Good Amount, I'll Be Researching Further Into It As I Go And Feel Like; Note: Not All Cannons Under A Family Of Guns Should Be Merged, Some Offer Completely Unique Ammo, Different Performances, ... ; That's Why I Put Them Here For Review.

1. KwK40 / StuK40 L43

1. KwK40 / StuK40 L48

1. Japanese 57 mm Tank Gun

1. Japanese 75 mm Field Gun

2. Soviet N-37

2. Soviet PK machinegun

3. German 3.7 cm FlaK

3. German 8.8 cm KwK L/71

4. German 8.8 cm FlaK L/56

Main difference is shell choice, the overlapping shells have the exact same values. (Pzgr. & Sprgr. L/4.5)

5. French CN-105

All Offer Same Shells

5. Swiss Oerlikon KD-series

Template for value comparisons

This template proposal allows to quickly generate value comparisons. E.g. if you'll pass penetration values of 2 weapons, it can be used to generate text like "It's close Soviet counterpart has 21% lower penetration". It can accommodate to a different language versions and flexion via optional parameters. If accepted - it can be used to built template that would be automatically pulling values for the units based purely on their codes and specified attributes (idea is to make requests like jp_type_95_ha_go|us_m2a2|speed|forward|AB)

Proposal for Ammo racks

Because ammo racks tables are not very intuitive, here is my proposal:

Racks empty none 1 1 & 2 1 to 3 1 to 4 1 to 5 1 to 6
Racks full 1 to 6 2 to 6 3 to 6 4 to 6 5 & 6 6 none
Shells onboard __ (+0) __ (+__) __ (+__) __ (+__) __ (+__) __ (+__) 1 (+__)

Alternative?

Racks Full 1st empty 2nd empty 3rd empty 4th empty Visual discrepancy
◼◼◼◼ ◼◼◼◻ ◼◼◻◻ ◼◻◻◻ ◻◻◻◻
Shells onboard __ (+0) __ (+__) __ (+__) __ (+__) __ (+__) Yes

Radar tables

I suggest to add to aircraft a table with information about radar. most pages of aircraft have no info about the radar at all. a table offers a quick glance on the basic capabilities of the radar.

Radar
Search Radar Tracking radar IRST MTI PD TWS
Sapphire-23D/TP-23 Sapphire-23D/TP-23 Icon GreenCheckmark.png Icon GreenCheckmark.png Icon RedXCross.png Icon RedXCross.png

on the page of the La-200 is such a table

Toriy - Target Detection Radar
Maximum
Detection
Range
Guaranteed
Detection
Range
Max Azimuth
Scan Angle
Max Elevation
Scan Angle
15,000 m 12,000 m ±30° ±32°

adding the ranges of radar is also a idea, but some have several different range options

Missile tables

I suggest to add information about possibility of radar slaving to the missile table. Also other features like ECCM and special features should be contained in the table for a quick overview. For Instance comparing the tables for AIM-9D and AIM-9G does not give any hint what the difference is.

Missile characteristics
Mass 136 kg

Aspect Rear-Aspect
Lock range in rear-aspect 4 km
Launch range 7 km
Maximum speed 2.2 M
Maximum overload 15 G
Maximum overload during launch 4 G
