The Pr.30, Ognevoy, 1944 is a rank I Russian destroyer with a battle rating of 4.0 (AB/RB/SB). It was introduced in Update 1.87 "Locked On".

General info

Survivability and armour

Talk about the vehicle's armour. Note the most well-defended and most vulnerable zones, e.g. the ammo magazine. Evaluate the composition of components and assemblies responsible for movement and manoeuvrability. Evaluate the survivability of the primary and secondary armament separately. Mobility

Write about the ship’s mobility. Evaluate its power and manoeuvrability, rudder rerouting speed, stopping speed at full tilt, with its maximum forward speed and reverse speed.

Armament

Primary armament

This is the time, where a player gets introduced into famous Soviet 130mm naval guns. Considered both upgrade/ downgrade from Frunze due to having only 2 turrets, so if one of them gets knocked out of action, you have only 50 percent of your guns are available to engage opponents. Three types of shells are available. Basic HE, and then during the progress, the player can unlock PB-46A semi-armor piercing and ZS-46RS high-explosive variable time fuze shell. Every shell is a good pick.

Secondary armament

There is only one secondary gun, located behind the second rangefinder. Performance is ok against both surface and air targets, a player gets similar shells as the main armament.

Anti-aircraft armament

An important part of the ship’s armament responsible for air raid defence. Anti-aircraft armament is defined by the weapon chosen with the control Select anti-aircraft weapons. Talk about the ship’s anti-air cannons and machine guns, the number of guns and their positions, their effective range, and about their overall effectiveness – including against surface targets.

If there is no anti-aircraft artillery, remove this section.

Torpedo armament

Torpedoes launchers are standard equipment on many ships and boats. Torpedoes are a significant means of defeating an opponent. Evaluate the position of the torpedo launchers, discuss the ammunition available, firing specifics such as dead zones, features of the torpedoes themselves, etc.
