Comparison with analogues

Give a comparative description of cannons/machine guns that have firepower equal to this weapon.

Usage in battles

High velocity gun with medium-high rate of fire and high penetration.

Pros and cons

Summarise and briefly evaluate the weaponry in terms of its characteristics and combat effectiveness. Mark pros and cons as a list.

Pros:

  • Good rate of fire
  • High penetration
  • Low drop to shot

Cons:

  • Low explosive filler

History

Made to counter the preceived heavy armor tanks of the germans, production stopped during invasion due to the 45mm towed gun doing the same job whilst being ligther, cheaper and easier to produce. Found new life figthing against the third generation of german heavy tanks, that the 45mm was insufficent to defeat.

Media

An excellent addition to the article would be a video guide, as well as screenshots from the game and photos.
