Description
The 85 mm D-5S is a Soviet tank destroyer cannon. The D-5S is identical in performance to the D-5T, with the final letter in the designation switched to "S" for "Self-propelled" (Russian: Samokhodnaya) to indicate its use on self-propelled guns.
