The 76 mm Gun Motor Carriage M18 “Hellcat” was designed as a fast and mobile tank destroyer to counter German armored forces. Unlike heavier tank destroyers such as the M36 GMC, the M18 traded armor for speed and agility, relying on “hit-and-run” tactics as a rapid response to tank blitzkrieg attacks. Entering service in 1944, the Hellcat was armed with the powerful 76 mm M1 cannon, and was the fastest tracked armored vehicle of World War II.

The Blackburn Buccaneer was a British carrier-borne, high-speed, low-level strike aircraft, designed by Blackburn Aircraft in the 1950s for the Royal Navy in response to the USSR’s Sverdlov-class ships. 209 planes and 2 prototypes were ever created.

Based on the M26 Pershing heavy tank, the T26E5 was designed as an assault tank to break through enemy defences. Its design is reminiscent of the idea behind the another success and popular tank, M4A3E2 "Jumbo" assault tank, which also had the goal of reinforcing armour to overcome enemy defences, which was very important at the time of 1945, when the T26E5 was produced. The T26E5 received significantly reinforced front armour and equipped with the 90 mm Tank Gun M3 L/53, same as in M26.
