Server update
There is a BR change drop, accessible by link at https://warthunder.com/en/game/changelog/current/1031 . Seems rather important, at least from GF perspective, as a lot of tanks were moved around to prevent sealclub and rank VII op tanks were moved to 10.3 to give space. The change is already live.
