20 mm B-20 cannon
Description
The B-20 is a Soviet automatic cannon of 20 mm caliber. It was created by weapons designer M.E. Berezin during WW2 by remaking his 12.7 mm UB machine gun chambered for the 20 mm ShVAK cannon. The B-20M designation denoted configuration mounted to fire through the propeller shaft, while the B-20S was mounted above the engine and synchronised to avoid hitting the propeller, and the B-20E was mounted in defensive turrets.
