The Combat Vehicle 9030 is an export version of the Swedish CV90 Mk.II infantry fighting vehicle. It was developed for the militaries of Finland, Switzerland, and Norway. The main difference between this version and the original is the Hägglunds E-series turret with a 30 mm Bushmaster cannon. Minor modifications were also made to the vehicles to meet the requirements of different customers. For example, the vehicles intended for the Finnish Army were fitted with a Soviet PKT as a coaxial machine gun and were designated CV 9030 FIN. Finland ordered 57 CV 9030 vehicles in 1998 and purchased another 45 in June 2004, for a total of 102 vehicles. These vehicles remain in service with the Finnish Army to this day.
The CV 9030FIN was introduced in Update 2.27 "La Royale". Compared to other CV90 vehicles, this one has a new 30-millimeter Bushmaster autocannon with a belt feed. However, its rate of fire is lower than that of the 40-millimeter Akan m/70Bc Bofors. It also has its own commander's sight with a thermal channel. Otherwise, it is essentially the same CV90, offering good mobility but weak protection.
