History
The FlaK 43 was the successor of the FlaK36 and follows the a similar design. However, the FlaK 43 was redesigned to use the gas-operated breech mechanism of the MK 103 and reducing the man-hours it took in production. It also has a horizontal feed system positioned inside the oversized trunnions instead of a vertical one which made the gun lighter.
