Demonstration of automatic flaps on Harrier GR.3. Picture to be used in tandem with pic1 and pic2. Harrier automatically pulls flaps up into "takeoff mode" despite being in "landing mode", as plane is speeding up and would otherwise damage itself. This allows to smoothly attack ground or just leave by changing plane angle and speed.
