Those numbers are not viewable ingame. It determines how much a shell will change its impact angle. There is a full article about how it works here Damage_mechanics#Normalization. The tl;dr is the higher it is the better it is against sloped armor.--blastedryan (talk) 00:04, 11 October 2019 (UTC)

The BR of this tank was updated in August 2021 (https://forum.warthunder.com/index.php?/topic/531676-planned-battle-rating-changes-august-2021/), with the new BR being 8.0 in RB and SB. The BR is still 8.3 in AB.
