- Those numbers are not viewable ingame. It determines how much a shell will change its impact angle. There is a full article about how it works here Damage_mechanics#Normalization. The tl;dr is the higher it is the better it is against sloped armor.--blastedryan (talk) 00:04, 11 October 2019 (UTC)
