A moderator or administrator will need to review the change first, make any necessary edits, revert it (if necessary, does not happen often) and/or approve it. Once the page is approved, your edits will show up. I made a few edits and approved the page about 40 minutes ago and it should now reflect the additions to the Pros/Cons section you made. A moderator or administrator will need to review the change first, make any necessary edits, revert it (if necessary, does not happen often) and/or approve it.
