Hello there. Check to make sure if you have not run out of ammo inventory by going to your aircraft modifications table and inspect the weapon ammo drop-down menu to see if you need to purchase any. This issue can also be solved by checking the "Automatic purchasing of ammo refills after battle" that is seen on the hangar's bottom right corner.
