The HMS Valhalla was a British V-class destroyer that was laid down on August 8, 1916. Launched on May 22, 1917, she was commissioned on July 31 of that year. Until the end of World War I, the destroyer served with the Home Fleet. Afterward, she was assigned to the 6th Destroyer Flotilla of the Atlantic Fleet and given the pennant number D44. In the late 1920s, the Valhalla was placed in reserve and laid up at Rosyth. On December 17, 1931, she was sold for scrap.
The HMS Valhalla was introduced in Update 2.15 "Wind of Change". The destroyer is equipped with a large number of 102 mm guns, most of which have excellent horizontal firing angles. Another advantage of these guns is their rate of fire. However, the auxiliary 75 mm gun is ineffective, and the destroyer lacks anti-aircraft defenses. Additionally, the ship has a relatively small crew and weak armor; therefore, its survivability against other destroyers is mediocre.
