Play this vehicle as a boom-n'-zoomer. It does not turn well outside of a narrow band where it pulls a really hard first circle turn around 800 km/h. The engine is not very good, but if you climb early in the game once you hit around 800 km/h, you can get to a pretty good altitude and then use the A-91s and very good guns to drop down on them and kill them. The GSh-23 guns take some time to get used to, their lead is quite difficult to get used to, but they hit like a truck.
