Tip #5276

Nap-of-the-Earth (NOE) is a type of flying at very low altitudes, sometimes only a few feet above the ground. It involves using valleys, hills, and trees to maneuver through the terrain to avoid enemy detection and attack in a high-threat environment. The main advantages of NOE flying are evasion, surprise attack, and stealth.
Tip #5275

Use terrain masking to hide from enemy radar. Mountains, valleys, and forests can help conceal you from both radar and optical detection. Try to blend in with the surroundings and be mindful of what’s behind you. Pop up only when necessary to fire an ATGM, then retreat and change position once you’ve scored a kill or been spotted.
