Bring up to 23 shells to only retain the first-stage ammo racks in the turret.

The M24's low-set and rearward ammo racks are not a major factor in its survivability. Bringing up to 25 shells will empty one of the racks, but you may find yourself running out of ammo in the heat of battle.

Bring up to 16 shells to keep the large frontal ammo rack empty and only retain the first-stage under the turret.

Bring up to 21 shells to retain only the frontal first-stage ammo rack.

The Kungstiger has similar ammo racks to the other Tiger IIs, but they deplete in a different order. Bring up to 23 shells to retain only the first-stage ammo racks in the turret.

Bring up to 34 shells to remove the two frontal ammo racks, or 14 shells to also remove the turret rack.

Bring up to 24 shells to keep only the first-stage, or up to 17 shells to also remove the turret rack.

The two large hull ammo racks are emptied first. Bring as few shells as possible to minimise the risk of ammo detonation (at least 8 to keep the first-stage full).
