Your biggest weakspot is the cupola - if you are caught out in the open start quickly turning your tank side to side, to make it as difficult to hit as possible.

When facing an enemy head on, don't angle the hull. The side armor is weak and is often exploited through your tracks. One well placed shot from a Tiger or IS-2 will ammo rack your tank.
