Your tank might have two drivers!
Why? How else could you arrive swiftly, attack the enemy, and retreat quickly, especially when it was the 20th century and rear-view cameras hadn't been invented yet? So many designers of such fast ambush vehicles came to a single decision — to add another driver looking backwards. In addition, this arrangement increased the survivability of the vehicle in combat.
And there are many examples of such vehicles in War Thunder: German "Pumas" — Sd.Kfz. 234; the French EBR, which is practically symmetrical from front to rear; or the Swedish Strv 103, in which any crew member, including the rear-facing radio operator, can drive the vehicle.
