MTB-35 was a British motor torpedo boat of the Vosper 70ft class. The Vosper class was based on the MTB 102 prototype, built by the Vosper company with its own funds. The first production Vospers entered service in 1938–1939, powered by Italian Isotta-Fraschini Asso 1000 engines. From MTB-35 onwards, boats were fitted with Hall-Scott Defender and American Packard engines. MTB-35 itself was ordered on 27 September 1939 and commissioned on 2 April 1941. It was among a small number of boats equipped with Vickers .50 cal machine guns in the Mark V turret. These were replaced by Swiss 20 mm Oerlikons beginning in the summer of 1941. In November 1943, the MTB-35 was sent for disposal.
The MTB-35 was introduced in Update “Hornet’s Sting”. Its main difference from the MTB Vosper is its weaponry — the MTB-35 has 12.7 mm machine guns. However, overall, it remains the same: it has good speed in battle, allowing it to be among the first to reach capture points, but its armament may not be enough to challenge larger enemies.
