General information
The Bell UH-1C Iroquois is an upgraded version of the American UH-1B multi-purpose helicopter. Developed to enhance the helicopter's combat capabilities, it received an upgraded engine and main rotor. These improvements reduced vibration, enhanced maneuverability, and increased the aircraft's maximum speed. Otherwise, the new helicopter was virtually identical to its predecessor. Production of the UH-1C began in 1966, and more than 700 were built.
The UH-1C was introduced in Update 1.81 "The Valkyries". It differs from previous modification due to its new weaponry: the BGM-71C (ITOW) ATGMs. Otherwise, it remained the same "Iroquois" with low speed but good maneuverability.
