The HMS Mohawk (F31) was one of 27 ships in the British Tribal-class destroyer series. Construction of the first seven ships of this class, including the Mohawk, began under the 1935 production program. The Mohawk was laid down at the Tornicraft shipyard in Woolston, a suburb of Southampton, on July 16, 1936; launched on October 15, 1937; and commissioned by the Navy on September 7, 1938. The destroyer had a very eventful career, as did its sister ships. It participated in the Norwegian campaign and escorted convoys in the British seas. While intercepting an Italian convoy on April 16, 1941, it was hit by two torpedoes from the Italian destroyer Tarigo and sank.

The HMS Mohawk was introduced as one of the rewards for the 2021 Export Order event. It has powerful and effective main armaments but weak anti-aircraft guns. It has a small amount of torpedoes and mediocre speed, among other things.
