Description
The 88 mm PaK43 is the anti-tank version of the famous long 88 mm KwK43 cannon. PaK stands for Panzerabwehrkanone, literally "anti-tank cannon".

The 88 mm Pak43 cannon is the anti-tank version of the 88 mm KwK43 tank cannon, it features high velocity rounds, good penetration and post-penetration damage, overall making it a very versatile weapon.

Usage in battles
The cannon is mainly used for defensive play, due to the below average reload speed. At most BRs it is found, it can punch through everything you encounter. Notable exceptions are the hull of the Super Pershing and T25, along with some of the hulls of Russian TDs that appear in this BR range.
