Comparison with analogues

Give a comparative description of cannons/machine guns that have firepower equal to this weapon.

Usage in battles

Describe the cannon/machine gun in the game - its distinctive features, tactics of usage against notable opponents. Please don't write a "guide" - do not impose a single point of view, but give the reader food for thought.

Pros and cons

Summarise and briefly evaluate the weaponry in terms of its characteristics and combat effectiveness. Mark pros and cons as a list.

History

The Mle.51 T1 is a French-licensed version of the Bofors L/70 anti-aircraft gun. The AMX-13 DCA 40 project the Bofors gun was mounted on came about in the 1950s to replace the World War II-era M16 Multiple Gun Motor Carriage with newer more modern self-propelled anti-aircraft vehicle. The firing at a rate of 240 rounds per minute using a specially designed SAMM S 980 turret. In 1957, the turret was cancelled with the gun production ending the following year as experience from other nations showed single-barrelled anti-aircraft guns were not viable.

Media

Excellent additions to the article would be video guides, screenshots from the game, and photos.
