Summary

The 76.2 mm tank gun M1940 F-34 is a Soviet tank gun that would become the main armament of its large T-34 and KV-1 tank force in the first half of World War II, replacing the inferior 76.2 mm Tank Gun L-11. It would be replaced by the 85 mm Tank Gun D-5 in the later half of the war.
